TECHNICAL PROJECT
The technical project includes everything necessary for a comfortable and functional space. An optimal layout, engineering solutions, and structural elements are carefully developed. A complete set of construction drawings is created with precise information for project implementation. This ensures clear and safe work for contractors at all stages of construction.

— Clarification of your needs, lifestyle, and approval of the room layout
— On-site measurements and photo documentation of the space
— Development of several layout options, with the final version selected together as the basis for further work
— Preparation of detailed working drawings covering all rooms, structural elements, and custom-made furniture
— Creation of full specifications of finishing materials and furniture to ensure smooth and error-free implementation

DESIGN PROJECT
A design project includes the comprehensive development of residential and public spaces, taking into account functionality and your individual requirements. An interior concept is created, materials, color schemes, and stylistic direction are selected. The project includes photorealistic visualizations and a full set of working drawings for implementation. Lighting, furniture, and key spatial details are carefully designed. The result is a harmonious interior that reflects your lifestyle.
The design project includes the full process of creating a well-thought-out space:
— At the first consultation, we get acquainted, discuss your wishes, lifestyle, timelines, and budget
— We sign a contract and define the technical brief, agreeing on the composition of spaces
— On-site measurements and photo documentation are carried out
— Several layout options are developed, and the final version is selected together as the basis for further work
— The initial concept is discussed using mood boards, sketches, or collages
— A 3D visualization of the key area (usually the kitchen-living room) is created to agree on style and details
— 3D visualizations of the remaining spaces are developed based on the approved concept
— Working documentation is prepared: detailed drawings, custom furniture schemes, and full material and furniture specifications, turning the project into a clear guide for builders and contractors

AUTHOR’S SUPERVISION
Author’s supervision ensures that the implementation fully corresponds to the approved design project. The work of construction teams and contractors is monitored at all key stages. Compliance with drawings, technical solutions, and specifications is carefully checked. This helps preserve the project concept and guarantees an accurate result without deviations.
What author’s supervision includes:

— Coordination and communication with all project participants
— Control to ensure construction follows the drawings precisely
— On-site adjustments and clarifications during the works
